At JusticeDirect, we believe in transparent, predictable pricing and legal support tailored to your needs. Our Eviction Service breaks down into straightforward steps, so you only pay for what you need, when you need it.
Eviction Services - $600.00
For non-payment of rent cases, our eviction services covers most of the process. For a flat fee of $600.00, we will:
- Review all relevant documents like the lease agreement, rent ledger, and tenant communications
- Draft and file all necessary documentation for your case.
- Coordinate professional process service to ensure the tenant is properly served with court papers as required by Arizona law.
- Attorney representation at the initial hearing
- Eviction Notice drafting and revision is included if you have already served it.
Court Costs and Fees - (Cost Range from $150 - $250)
There are other costs associated with an eviction beyond what is paid to our law firm. These fees go to third-party contractors and the court to ensure that your eviction complies with Arizona Law.
- Court Filing Fees: $69.00 per eviction case.
- Process Service Fees: $75.00 per service.
- Court Runner Fees: $45.00 per filing.
If you have not already served your eviction notice, we provide you the option to handle it for you for an additional fee ranging from $50.00 - $80.00 for the process server. All Court Costs and Fees are directed to Quest for Justice LLC that are then used to pay third-party contractors.
Trial Representation - $700.00
If your tenant contests the eviction, this service covers the legal fees for an attorney to represent you at trial. This includes:
- Preparing exhibits, arguments, and motions for the court hearing
- Preparing you and relevant witnesses for direct and cross-examination at trial.
- Presenting your case to the judge.
This service is optional and is charged the day before trial begins. We only provide trial representation for cases that our firm has handled from the start.
Writ of Restitution Services - $265.00
If you win your judgment but the tenant does not move out by the required date, we can draft and file a writ of restitution to order the constable to remove them.
- The Writ of Restitution Service fee includes:
- Constable fees
- Court running
This service is optional and charged only if you request it.
Post-Judgment Payment Plan Agreement - $150.00
After you win a judgment, you may wish to negotiate with your tenant to stay on the property, leave the property earlier, or enter a payment plan for the amount owed. For a flat fee of $150.00, we will create a custom post-judgment agreement or payment plan to meet your needs. This service is optional and charged only if you request JusticeDirect Law Firm to create a payment plan.
Attorney Phone Consultation - $150.00/half hour
JusticeDirect Law Firm offers 30-minute phone consultations to assist landlords with their eviction matters. The 30-minute phone consultation is $150.00 and any conversation that goes over the 30-minute allotment will be billed an additional $75.00 after every 15 minute increment.
Reimbursement of Fees
Generally, you can recover court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees from your tenant, but each judge decides what "reasonable" attorneys' fees are.
