The landlord did not return the security/rental deposit as expected.

Examples:

• You paid the full security deposit before moving in, and when you moved out, they did not return the full security deposit that you expected to receive.
• You paid the full security deposit for a home you were going to rent, and then decided to not move forward with the rental, but they would not return the security deposit.
