Continue to Create Presentation

• After you have downloaded and saved your court forms, clicking on the "Continue" button should take you to the page where you can choose the filing and service options.

• Once you have filled out this page and clicked "Continue", you should see the instructions for filing and servicing, along with other documents to download.

• Scroll to the bottom of the page for the "Continue" button to appear.
• Clicking on this will take you to the "Create Presentation" section.
