Agreement - One Document Rule

All documents related to the transaction must have been included in one document. When you agreed to buy a car from the Plaintiff, they lent you money to buy the car. However, the Plaintiff then failed to provide you with one written agreement of the transaction that included all evidence of the loan terms.
Example
You were shopping for a car but did not have enough money to pay for the car you wanted to buy. The car seller said they would loan you the money so that you could buy the car, and you agreed. The seller gave you several documents to sign, including one document that gave the total cost of the car, and a separate document that explained the repayment terms for the loan.
