Agreement - Undue Influence
You entered into the agreement under undue influence because the Plaintiff had more power in your relationship and they placed improper pressure to induce you into entering into the agreement against your will. Often, this defense arises when the two parties have a special relationship, such as a caregiver relationship.
Example
You were recovering from a physical injury at home, and the Plaintiff was providing home nursing care for you and asked you to enter into a loan agreement. You did not want to enter into the agreement, but you believed that if you said no, the Plaintiff would stop providing care for you. You entered into the agreement to avoid losing the nursing care.

Acuerdo - Influencia Indebida
